This is a one-day training for educators involved with data analysis. Trainers will provide sample sets of universal screening data to participants and guide them through skill grouping exercises. Examples of how this information can be used for instructional planning will be shared. Information will be provided for developing a progress monitoring plan regarding which students should be progress monitored and the frequency with which this progress monitoring should occur. Factors to consider when making instructional changes that are based on progress monitoring data will be explained. The need for clear written guidelines for movement between and within tiers when developing decision rules will be discussed.**This training is open to Phase 3 schools only. |
